US comedian blames Trump for chaos

Famed US comedian Jon Lovett spoke at the Just For Laughs festival in Montreal, sharing his views about Donald Trump.

Lovett did not hold back when talking about Trump’s time as president. He said Trump is like “a clown with a gun,” warning people not to ignore the danger.

“Trump is a vandal. He’s doing vandalism to our country,” Lovett added.

In his opinion, Trump has destroyed American politics since coming back to the White House.

Lovett, who also hosts the Pod Save America podcast, said it will be hard for future generations to understand how “stupid and dangerous” American politics have become with Trump in power.

The comedian believes comedy can help people fight against Trump and political division.

He urged Americans to stay involved and not be afraid to laugh at those in power, even when politics is “exhausting, embarrassing, and causes unending anxiety.”
